Rain started falling in Dover, Del., early on Sunday morning as a result of Tropical Storm Barry. Rain showers persisted and NASCAR was forced to cancel Sunday's scheduled race at Dover International Speedway. The plan is to run the Autism Speaks 400 at 12 noon on Monday.
